Reporting was inconsistent and voluminous, requiring marketing teams to wade through reams of reports, none of which reflected the brand’s business unit organization.

Solution

Mediastruction consolidated over 1200 individual, manual reports to its FutureSight™ data platform -- creating a custom, interactive data visualization and a single source of truth. The final engineered product provided the ability to filter data mapped to individual marketing team needs.

Challenge

A new-to-market B2C brand with low brand awareness needed to drive increased online appointment bookings, given a shift in consumer behavior to move away from booking by phone.

Solution

A strategic ingestion of first-party data to generate media usage insights that were specific to this brand’s markets and their clientele. From there, a custom program consistency of live radio endorsements and high-frequency media gave the brand a boost in awareness. The paid program was supplemented by SEO efforts that promoted word-of-mouth sharing and link building.
