Challenge
A finance brand embarked on a core money market digital acquisition campaign with ambitious goals. This campaign represented its first comprehensive, collaborative bank-wide campaign focused on lead-gen, through digital, direct mail, and print channels.
Solution
Agency provided several strategic initiatives to connect disparate systems -- including Salesforce, Pardot and Timetrade -- and measure and optimize performance along the journey using a combination of machine-learning, human oversight, and attribution modeling.

160% of goal was met for the number of new-to-bank clients. The deposit dollar volume was 123% of goal. Online appointments increase 180% with a 75% win rate. Online openings increased 300%.
